In a meeting with ROH Wheels for another project, they mentioned that they had a press ad media booking coming up shortly and hadn’t been able to settle on a layout that they liked. I stepped up and quickly turned around a set of concepts complete with fresh layouts, headlines, and icons.
The client was very particular about the need for 3D-look icons and inclusion of certain elements. Fonts were selected for consistency with their website and other documents, a point that had previously been lacking.
Though the final version was specifically a 4×4 alloys advert designed for Tyre Power’s Torque magazine, it set a design language for a range of future media placements.
