The home slideshow is a highly customised Flexslider implementation powered by an ACF repeater. It features parallaxing layers, author preview and it is fully mobile responsive.

The site makes use of multiple kinds of parallax scrolling effects as well as some bespoke hover effects.

The site is fully mobile-repsonsive and looks just as good on phones as it does on tablets and desktop computers.

The brochures page features a 3D page-flip plugin that accepts PDFs and is easy for the client to update.

I spent several hours simply downloading and testing page-flip plugins to find one that performed well on the front end while being easy to use on the back end.

The Flow Form feature was among a few select pages to receive special attention in both design and implementation.

It also features a 7 frame animation that progresses as the user scrolls down the page.

This pages features parallax and video backgrounds elements.

With a suite of great, new photography, a dedicated gallery was needed to show it off in all it's glory.

On hover, other gallery posts dim to place focus on the hovered row.

Galleries include fields in the back end that make it simple for admins to connect wheel products to sets of photography.

Custom controls allow admins to flag new products and feature wheels at the top of the main product pages.

Fitment data provided by the client is used to help visitors find wheel styles that match their vehicle.

On the new site, this utility has been upgraded to also show fitment information.

Early in 2017, an online stock-checking portal was developed for dealers and staff with the assistance of a programmer.

The revised version of the stock portal also allows dealers to submit stock orders online. Data is automatically uploaded to the webserver in CSV format and can be filtered for easy navigation.

In 2017 ROH Wheels were ready for a website with a fresh look.

For this project, I didn’t limit myself to what I already knew I could build. Instead, I allowed striking visual elements to form the basis of interactive components and found ways to bring new and exciting features to each page.

In addition to the design, I carried out the vast majority of the WordPress build, engaging a developer only for the purpose of updating the vehicle matching utility and assisting with building the stock checking/ordering portal.
